I just want to say thank you a bit more formally than a scrawl on the bottom of one of your request forms.
I have been using Northwest Legal pretty much since the beginning (I have been with Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell in its Seattle office for over 20 years). All I can say is that I have never yet had occasion to contact you regarding an error or omission on a request I have made. The practice I support is transactional, not litigation, so it is nearly always a delivery into escrow very quickly or an "emergency" filing in the Secretary of State's office or some such job.
The last job (one of those timely filings with the S/S just a few days ago) was done so well and on time (with very little lead time in sending you to Olympia) that you made me look good to my bosses. It would be difficult to tell you how much I rely on the efficiency of your people and the wonderful way you run your business. You are most appreciated! Keep up the good work and I will keep recommending you to my co-workers and friends from other firms!
